To update your Dreamer, simply download our app from the iOS store and connect your Dreamer. You will be prompted to update to our latest firmware. The update takes about 5 minutes, and after you will be able to enjoy all of our latest updates!

The Dreamer was designed with safety for your little ones in mind. That’s why we made the battery management system as safe as possible. We highly recommend you use the included charging block to not overload the battery during charging. If this happens, simply unplug your Dreamer from the charger and immediately plug it back in. The start nearest the moon will light up, and then reset the Dreamer by holding the “Moon” and “Volume Down” buttons and your Dreamer will start playing again!
